Resolve is a course designed to reflect on how we make and keep our New Year resolutions, by examining how we look after our bodies, strengthen our minds, inspire our souls, and deepen our relationships.
The sessions will involve group discussion, a guidebook that includes topics to explore throughout the week, and videos that consult a doctor, a psychologist, a psychiatrist, an anthropologist, a faith leader and a comedian about what it means to make positive changes in your lives.
There are four sessions, on Mondays 8, 15, 22 & 29th January 2024, at 7.30pm. There's no requirement to come to every session - you can attend as many (or as few) as you like, and you can still come later in the course if you can't be there in the first week. There is no charge, and light refreshments will be served.
