Our choir was recently reformed after a long break since Covid and gave a creditable performance of Stainer’s Crucifixion on Palm Sunday as a preparation for Holy Week. Our next appearance will be on Sunday 31st May at 5.30 p.m. when we shall sing Evensong for Trinity Sunday. We plan to sing again in the autumn with a concert in November.

 

The choir is open to all and the members, numbering over forty, are drawn from Beckenham and the surrounding area. There are no auditions or membership fees! The ability to read music certainly is an advantage but not necessary. For details of rehearsals etc. please contact the conductor David Storey (07989 251287).
